 USP Web Care is our advanced peace of mind care package for your website installation. This package augments our standard support package offered to all clients.
Our chosen Content Management System Joomla! is the heart of your website and like any other software application it is subject to frequent updates.
Not only that, your website will also contain a number of third party components that will also require updates from time to time.
USP Web Care offers the following features:
- Fortnightly audit of all software running on your website, with all available updates applied.
- Immediate update of Joomla! security fixes as they are released.
- Fornightly security backups of your Joomla! database, and sitewide back up of all website data. (This is in additon to backups stored on your web server, and is a failsafe should your web server fail for any reason)
- Priority support - our remote support connection fee of £10 per session is waived for USP Web Care Clients.
