All clients have access to our Joomla! tutorials. These easy to follow downloadable video tutorials allow you to learn how to use our chosen Content Management System at your own pace. The tutorials are broken down into specific short lengths. So, if you just want to know how to add a hyperlink, or edit text on your web page, you simply download the tutorial for that specific function.

Remote Access

For clients who may require additional help, we are able to offer remote access in order to provide instant 'hands on' assistance for issues that would otherwise require a site visit. We are able to securely log in to your computer terminal in order to see what you are seeing, and if necessary, take control of your keyboard & mouse remotely and rectify your problem. This is particularly useful for assisting non-technical clients with email set up issues. This can also be helpful for one to one remote training sessions.
