The BBC reports today that many online stores could still be breaking the law. Consumer rights organiation Which? is warning business trading online that they must comply with Distance Selling Regulations.
A survey carried out last month by Which? revealed many household names were flouting DSR rules, a claim denied by many.
Distance Selling Regulations apply to any business selling goods online, by telephone or television.
