BBC News reports today that a study of the global state of broadband puts the UK 25th out of 66 countries in terms of quality and reach of it’s networks.

The report commissioned by Cisco shows that eastern European countries are surging ahead of the UK, and that while the UK is fulfilling the needs of today, the future outlook is giving cause for concern.
